– Range of planetary vacuum mixers (1-qt to 100-gallon).
– On-site materials storage and finished goods storage.
– In-house tooling design and fabrication.
– On-site oxidizer grinding.
IN-HOUSE TESTING CAPABILITIES:
– Article testing up to 50,000 lbf of thrust, max NEQ of 1000 lbm.
– Environmental testing (temp, humidity, shock & vibe).
– Propellant mechanical and ballistic characterization.
Our History
Over 25 years ago, Cesaroni Technology Inc. developed a line of high-power rocket motors featuring a simple, reloadable cartridge design. Since then, the system has evolved to include motor case diameters ranging from 24mm to 150mm, along with a variety of propellant formulations for performance tuning and visual effects. As CTI’s expertise in propulsion system design grew, the company expanded into custom rocket motor solutions for government, military, and commercial organizations. From missile and high-speed test track boosters to single-stage sub-orbital and upper-stage space motors, CTI delivers high-performance propulsion systems to customers worldwide.
As CTI advanced its engineering, testing, and manufacturing capabilities—including composite structures and large-scale energetics production—the company began supporting R&D programs for defense agencies such as the U.S. DoD, UK MoD, French MoD, and other European defense organizations. Over the years, CTI has developed and manufactured prototypes for missile boosters, defensive decoys, drone recovery systems, turbine start cartridges, ICBM battery activation systems, and target drone missiles, with production facilities in both the U.S. and Canada.
