Job Overview:

Join our team as a skilled General Machinist! As a Machinist, you will play a vital role in operating and maintaining various machinery to produce precision parts. Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate a variety of machines including lathes, manual mills, and grinders
• Interpret drawings and specifications to ensure precise production
• Utilize precision measuring instruments to verify accuracy of finished parts
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to uphold optimal performance
• Inspect finished parts for quality and make necessary adjustments
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and enhance processes
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Work with the quality team to maintain product specifications in line with ISO 9001 standards Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality management systems and participate in internal audits as necessary

Skills:

• 3-5 years in machine operations is preferred, including a police background check
• Proficiency in operating machinery such as lathes, manual mills, and grinders
• Strong grasp of basic math and measurement techniques
• Ability to assemble and disassemble machine components
• Education preferred (429A)
